CONSTRUCTION:

3/4″ Furniture Grade Plywood
Known for its superior quality and exceptional durability, the stable core and smooth finish resists warping, cracking, and splitting.

FINISH:

Wood Veneer or TFL (Thermally Fused Laminate)
Depending on Style chosen the box will either be Wood Veneer or TFL (Thermally Fused Laminate)
Also dependent on selection it will be either matching colour to the door interior and exterior. Or a White, Oak or Cinnamon coloured box

CONSTRUCTION:

Solid Wood Rail with MDF Center Panel or HDF for most Painted Doors
We use Solid wood door material typically Maple but also Birch and Oak (depending on the door style) when the door has been stained or has a vertical groove in the design to allow for the moving, flexible properties of wood.
We also use HDF for door styles that are solid painted colours which is considered a premium material. HDF is an engineered wood product known for its strength, density, and smooth surface. This ensures a superior bond and prevents future cracking on a smooth painted surface.

FINISH:

Lacquer or Paint (depending on best use and style of door)
